Sly Cosmopoulos is the Director, Beverage Marketing for Republic National Distributing Company managing the Beverage Marketing Division for all channels, customers, and consumer markets across the United States. Her cocktails have been featured in various magazines, newspapers and television spotlights such as Vanderpump Rules, Good Morning Texas, Daytime, and American Airline’s American Way. Sly is a wine and spirits industry expert and insider whose marketing tactics and strategic business how-to has helped transform the way Republic National Distributing Company and their partners do business.

I grew up in Ardmore, Oklahoma and studied at The University of Oklahoma. I moved to Texas in 2012 and continued working in the service industry. I have worked all over the DFW metroplex at various styles of establishments. I began working for RNDC as a sales representative for the Spirits Division and then transitioned into the Local Mixologist role.

I am responsible for developing Beverage Menus and Programs throughout Southern California. I am a former bar owner, supplier manager, and writer. I once stood in line to get into a club. I remember when chia was a pet plant, not a superfood. Before colonizing Mars let’s first agree on the recipe for a “skinny margarita.”

I was a judge for The San Francisco World Spirits Competition and Whiskies of the World USBG National Charity Foundation Board Member.

Louis Guinfolleau was born and raised in France. He started his career in Europe, where he learned the art of the craft and developed his passion for beverages from wine to single malt. Louis expanded his beverage experience and knowledge in France, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, and Scotland before making his was down under to Sydney, Australia. In 2017 Louis accepted a position in the United States and has since made Atlanta, GA his home. He thrives off of providing exceptional service and diverse cocktail creations.

Johnny D has been apart of the hospitality industry for the better part of 20 years with 15+ behind the stick serving up a good story with a stiff drink. He graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2010 with a Bachelor in Fine Arts with a concentration in Printmaking. Johnny spent 4.5 years in Los Angeles honing his craft at restaurants like Le Petit Paris, The Wilshire and Margo’s Santa Monica. Upon his return in 2018, he bartended at famed Atlanta establishments such as The Optimist, Golden Eagle and Kimball House. Johnny D has been with RNDC as the Staff Mixologist since August of 2022 and is excited about what the future the spirits industry has to offer.

Florida Mixologist

Location: Miami, FL

“Fermentation and civilization are inseparable” 

One of Los Angeles most well-know and well-loved Bartenders. Mando was born in Mexico City but spent his early years in LA. His Mexican heritage inspires his cocktails to tell a story. He has been the Beverage Director and creative cocktail force at many LA, Vegas & South Florida cocktail institutions and new hotspots - creating recipes for bars such as The Abbey, Hakkasan, Rosina and most recently, Calaveras Cantina and Voodoo Bayou.
