Sly Cosmopoulos is the Director, Beverage Marketing for Republic National Distributing Company managing the Beverage Marketing Division for all channels, customers, and consumer markets across the United States. Her cocktails have been featured in various magazines, newspapers and television spotlights such as Vanderpump Rules, Good Morning Texas, Daytime, and American Airline’s American Way. Sly is a wine and spirits industry expert and insider whose marketing tactics and strategic business how-to has helped transform the way Republic National Distributing Company and their partners do business.

Karah Carmack

South Texas Mixologist

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Years Experience: 15 years in service industry, 10 years in craft

Karah Carmack got her start in the craft world in 2011 when The Esquire Tavern in San Antonio, Texas opened its doors. She climbed the ladder from bartender to head bartender over the first few months of the taverns life and maintained a role in bar management over the next several years. Along the way won speed-rack Texas, participated in the TOTC CAP program for 3 years, created and maintains the San Antonio Cocktail Conference prep team, participated in Bar-5 day and countless other educational endeavors. In 2017, Carmack decided to hang up her bartending cap to begin a career within the liquor distribution world as a consultant and educator, she now spends her days working with many bars across south Texas on their cocktail programs and educational pieces.

Taking care of guests is his passion and he is honored to continue providing exceptional experiences to everyone he encounters. Blake Freeman

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Native of Atlanta, Ga and has been with RNDC since 2016. Blake studied Fine Arts at the University of Georgia where he developed a passion for creating cocktails.

Studied culinary arts at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.

Internship with Walt Disney World at Le Cellier in Epcot.

Tended bar in Houston, most notably at The Pastry War and Anvil Bar and Refuge.

Kourtney Misock

I grew up in Ardmore, Oklahoma and studied at The University of Oklahoma. I moved to Texas in 2012 and continued working in the service industry. I have worked all over the DFW metroplex at various styles of establishments. I began working for RNDC as a sales representative for the Spirits Division and then transitioned into the Local Mixologist role.
